Once you get 150 coinlord favor, you can uncollapse a portable hole for 100,000 gp.
Of course, you first have to get a collapsed portable hole. These are (relatively) rare random loot drops in quests around level 8+ (think I saw one in Stormcleave once). There are also usually a few on the auction house for 50-100,000 gp or so (at least on Khyber - prices on other severs may vary).
