They have been created for over TWO months, yet I still have no access. I want to add one of my played Kyber PC's, yet week after week have NO option on doing so.
What do I do? Is there a way I can refresh this?

Where are my Kyber character signatures?

Character signatures are bugged. They turned off the program that pulls data from the live servers to the forums until they get the bugs fixed, and no one knows when that might be.
Keep your eyes open for a dev post saying that character signatures are fixed, or just keep checking your signature to see if you can edit it... eventually it will get fixed... probably.
