Until I get a new graphics card... it's ordered, just have to wait for it to arrive. Just letting the Shroud regulars know what's up. I'll probably be off and on checking ah and doing maintenance, but am unable to actually run any quests.

Turn your settings down, put your machine in an open area then open the case and blow a fan right on it. It'll hold you over 'till your new card arrives.

if you used compressed air can, there is a possibility you had a slightly bad angle, which caused the decompressing air to cool too rapidly, thus causing minute moisture fragments, WHICH does not cause a problem (if this is the case) if you wait 5-15 minutes before turning your rig back on.
Just a possibility my friend!
(next time hold it completely upside down and spray something with it, almost like liquid nitrogen freezing XD)
Back before I upgraded my computer the machine I was running video card sucked. Most nights I would play with the case off and a can of compressed air in my lap. Every time a big fight came I would have to reach over and give it a shot of instant cool down. The money I was sending on compressed air convince me to upgrade.![]()
there's one thing you never put in a trap if you're smart. If you value your continued existence. If you have any plans on seeing tomorrow then there's one thing you never, ever put in a trap.
Beware, dual vid cards really lag in the shroud. 4850x2, 4870x2, sli, etc.

What card you bought? I got a pretty good one off New Egg after thanksgiving.

I do not mean to affend however this is a misleading statement...
It must be noted "some" people are experiencing problems with dual card configurations.. Not ALL people are...
I have 2 x XFX GTX280 XXX cards running in SLI and the cards themselves pose no issues for me in shroud or anywhere else.Any lag I experience is completely server related!
