    Default Barbarian Drinking Rage!!!

Why is it that you can drink a cure potion, but not a remove curse potion durring barbarian rage?

I am sure that this issue has been brought-up before...but I would like to keep hammering this issue to the Devs to (maybe) get it changed.

After all...barbarians like to drink too ya know

Last year, they gave many potions the ability to be used on others.

It had the (hopefully) unexpected effect of preventing barbarians from drinking those potions while raged.

    Default What is cool though...

What is cool is that you can still drink mana pots while raged

I was trying to hand one off to a gimp Sorc on a run this weekend cause, ya know...I needs me some crack, and accidentally clicked on it. Nice to see that I got 598 SP back from it

I totally agree Large, if we can drink cure/repair pots, why not curse removal?

Bring us back Devs, bring us baaaaaaaacccccccckkkkkkkkkkk.

You know...I've never tested to see if another player can use one of those potions with the so-called "spouts" & "funnels" on us Raging Barbarians.

I believe that they can...I want to say that someone has used a remove curse pot on me before while I was raging.

If that is the case...then we should be able to drink our own potions...instead of someone else feeding us a potion through a freak-in sippy cup.

Of course they can. In fact, this was a common strategy in early Vision of Destruction.

true...but that doesn't leave us with much to choose from.

Plus...It doesn't make sense to allow others to be able to feed us potions, and have it to where we can't even drink them ourselves.

Am I the only one RAGED about this?

    **get it...RAGED...huh?...nevermind

very simple, just look at the animation.

if it is a drinking animation, you can use it while enraged.

if it is a casting animation (always a hoot while on my barbarian) then you cannot use it while enraged.

turbine just switched the back end coding, and came up with a "role-playing" reasoning behind it.

Plus lesser restores that can be used on other and you can use while raging.

Madstone rage though will make it so you can't use lesser restore pots.

Personally I think that turbine should make all the potions you can use on other work just like lesser restores. Not using madstone rage in certain situations I fine with.
