Under 3.5 you can apply sneak damage to touch and ray spells (within 30 feet like ranged attacks)
Will we see this in the game sometime?
(sneak attack damage is done in the same type as the spell deals)

Probably not. There currently is no such thing as a touch attack in DDO. All such abilities either auto hit or have a reflex save instead of a touch attack roll.
- NEW – Tip #52 no longer mistakenly says that the Jump skill reduces falling damage. The appropriate skill is, in fact, tumble.
