Voice Chat on some characters is way to quiet.

Okay,

I have 20 characters on two accounts on Khyber, the problem I have is that for 14 of these characters I basically can't use voice chat, or more approperately I can't hear voice chat.

As far as I can tell all 20 characters have the same settings, what is going on hear [Pun intended]?

I have the same issue. It also appeas to be related to the server workload. When there are a lot of peeps on then it happens but when im on really late or early when few others are then it's fine.
