I have just activated my newly created account, made subscription and all that. But I can't log in. It says incorrect username and/or password. I can log in on the turbine website, but just not the game.
What is wrong?

I dont know why but i do know sometimes i have to try it twice. It will give me the error the first time then let me on the second.

Changes on the Account Management page can take up to an hour to show in game. They usually require a restart of the launcher too.

Well, now more than 24 hours has past, and I still can't log into the game.
Aren't there any other thing I can do?
Can you log into your Turbine account page OK?
Your Forum account/Password is not necessarily your Game/Account password.
If you can get into your Turbine account just fine, Check your firewall settings (Or temprarily bypass your firewall to see if maybe your actully not gettng out to the account server from the launcher.
I use the correct loginname and password.... I have double checked. And yes, I can log into my Turbine account just fine :S
But I haven't tried that with the firewall. It's worth a try
EDIT: I just found out that my Windows firewall was on :S But it still didn't work at all. I tried to deactivate all my firewall thingies, and still, it doesn't work![]()

Sounds like you need to contact the Account Management department. Options are in my signature.
