Also Jerry, The only change Iwould approve of THernal East 3 is a long -drawn out- death scene of Coyle being eaten alive by the gargoyles he loved so much. Mucho gore. At this point, I would enjoy that more than having the story line correct.

Thanks everyone! I'm curious to see how Coyle's being changed in Threnal East. Honestly, I've only run this twice since the changes were made a while back to Coyle, but I haven't found him hard to keep alive, even on elite. It's mostly a matter of having the cleric keep him targeted and the rest of the group relying on rangers, bards and whoever else to heal. Although the cleric can heal in those pauses between fights in the library. It's just a matter of always keeping Coyle targeted.

Actually, on normal, you barely have to. On one of those runs I just kept Coyle targeted and noticed that he only lost about a third of his hit points the entire battle. Still, it would be interesting to see something like the hireling tech applied to NPC's.

boots drop from the commander not the LT. in the desert fyi.

This is correct - the Firestorm Greaves do in fact drop from Commander Errulf's chest and not Lt Ayurro.

I had some conflicting sources at the time of putting together my segement last week AND i had a nasty cold so got things little wrong. Should have just gone with DDOWiki.

What I can say though is that both the Commander and Leuitenant spawn in the same place (you can only get a max of one of them though) so I don't think I led anyone too far off track.

Just finished listening to Episode 107 and you brought up a very good point about one of your characters. You had noticed you were so focused on gathering idols to become Reaver raid ready to the expense of the other raids. IE Titan, Shroud and Abbott.

I find myself so intent on running the Abbott raid, I have yet to prepare for the rest of the available raids. IE Shroud, Reaver, Titan, etc.

I was able to run the Demon Queen though....

My question is how does one balance a character without becoming so focused on getting ready for one particular raid over the rest?

one thing to comment is that i was doing von5 as jerry said while we were recording so i was sort of focused
but not entirely focused so i said a couple of things wrong

On the list of spells there will be a new one coming called Wail of the Banshee: this spell is exactly like finger of death
but with hitting multiple targets instead of one. The AoE for this spell is 40 feet according to the players handbook. in the show i commented that this is like PK which it is not.
There is a different spell which should be coming that is called Weird. This spell is like PK but in an area of effect.

and also to Phlor's question, i answer that you try to get raid ready in like a week, excluding the really time consuming ones like Abbot, and Reaver. But most of the other ones if you put in like a couple hours you can get raid ready... so yea

also Phlor if you redo your signature it will give you the latest update for your character, since i think you are like 14 now, right?

I went in and attempted to delete and re-add the graphic but it still shows the incorrect level.

Anyone from turbine reading this, help me out?
