Favor

Current cap is 2865, I believe. Are the usual suspects still capped (or capped again) or do people have one or two left to go on Elite?

Brutality's 2831, and I'm pretty compulsive about getting runs done on Elite, but I'm sure there are some out there who are capped. 2831 is everything but Stealer of Souls (done Normal) and the Abbot.

Wade has everything done on elite but abbot and sos about 2831 on wade

What about when lvl cap is extended?
We can get the next lvl of favor rewards!
That is my thinking ... figure get a jump on it so it will not be so painful to grind out the favor when the time comes.

well for the sliver flame there is, you get hp pots which heal you for 250 hp but only down fall for 30 seconds you get -10 to all stats and skills plus the pots cost 4200 gold pieces each

at 1750 you get a plus 2 tome of your choice and at 400 you get drow

the only ones that really matter are house K for bank slots and coin lords for backpack slots and all of those are already at waht 400+ if i remember

there really is no point to grind 1750 more then once with how many +2 tomes there are now adn those pots for silver flame are pointless

From another perspective, this (for me) is what I do instead of grinding out another Shroud run, sometimes. Bored with the variety of dungeons? Then why is your Favor stuck at 1800 (I intended this as a rhetorical question, rather than one pointed specifically toward Infidel)? Get the full game experience, man.

i doubt 2750 will give +4 tomes if it took 1750 to get a +2 tome, if you went by theory it would be 3500 for the next one. Why grind pointless favor when you can run a shroud or vod or make a new toon to run through shroud or vod :P

well if they do another favor thing i think it will be a plus 3 tome not a plus 4 i dont think they will go that far tho

and i agree with you on the favor thing, doing a quest over and over again is very boring unless you have a different class each time inside that quest., then it mite be fun

all any MMO ever is, is a grind fest of the same quests for the same things over and over again there is no getting aroudn it there is only so much you can do in teh game before its all just a routine of the same thing favor however there is no point to grind

My perspective is that grinding is what you're doing by repeating a few quests over and over again. I can't tell you how tired of the Tor I was by the time I had enough Blue Dragon Scales to make my Cleric's armor. Getting other quests done is more fun than running the same quests again and again, to me.
