The Choker is 8, I am positive.
adn the lotd would bring me to an odd number so I didnt coutn it in, plus most players dont do the Abbot everynight with completion.

one of the blood rage tiers doesn't stack with one of all the other (spell, barb, madstone clicky, madstone proc)rages, you will only get +6 from it when stacking str mods.

Trust me, you get all +8

When you have all 3 teirs at the same time bloodrage 3 gives you +4 instead of the normal +2....so you get +8 total.

No, you don't(and even if that were the case, the third tier's description would be bugged).

Go ahead and post a ss where you get +8 from the scourge choker. If someone wants to post a link to the Shade ss or the one from the original thread, you can do the math and see that they got +6 from it(in those threads, it's blamed on stacking. It isn't a stacking issue, the third tier only grants you +2).

my ss which supports strykersz's arguement but there are people who claimed they have tested it but no ss to date. 26 non raged str, 18 str from rage for total of 44 str. 3 tiers of madstone = 8, rage spell = 2, item = 6, double madstone = 4. if all stacked total should be 20

+1 exceptional str on DT armor And +1 lotd would get you another 2.

So that another +2 possible.

I have seen it with my own eyes on my WF barbarian that uses a choker, I have gotten all +8.

I will get a ss later tonight if I get a chance.

missing 3 from potions, 3 from exceptional stat, and 1 from LOTD

and for me choker is only +6, altho for you it might possibly be +8 with buffs. I already found out that docent of defiance behaves differently on different characters, wouldnt surprise me if some chokers actually gave the bonus they're listed as having.

total 61 human on a +6 choker, 63 human on a +8 choker

I have tested the choker alot. U do get +8 from it. BUT 2 of that 8 does not stack with the rage spell. 100% positive on that. So u will see it go up to +8 with no other buffs running. Theres maybe 3 situations where i use the choker. Main tanking sulu when the chains arnt up. smacking on the DQ, and occasionally part 5 of shroud..but generally only on elite. The choker can quite often result in negative dps if you dont use it properly.

Guess we need a Dev to confirm if the choker is bugged cause right now it only gives +6 str, this is not a "+2" not stacking but simply not given.

I count 6 on mine as well, but all of that six stacks. Theres just noway for my barb to currently hit 52 str w/o exceptional stat or alc potions, of which he has neither.

What;s the Shroud item, if a weapon, then, what about the Min II, is it an either or case with the High STR, either 59 STR and no Mineral II, or Mineral II but no +9 Str?
