I was wondering what people in general thought. I was asked this last night and I couldn't make my mind up as to which would be a better assassin build with a good AC (19R/1 monk splash), a halfling (guile dps) or a drow (higher int + extra dmg on rapiers and short swords) .
Wouldn't a halfling be spread too thin to manage to keep dex, int, con, wisdom and str (encumbrance) up?

My halfling Assassin does OK. If you have 32pt builds, it's not a problem (it's not really a problem with 28, you just have less wiggle room).
