Price check on a LDS

i have a LDS i would like to trade for as many other larges as i can my wish list so far is 2 large glowing arrow heads and 3 large sulferous stones but since i am not sure what the LDS is worth in other ingrediants i don't know what to ask for so this thread is for the purpose of more then one person telling me what they belive one LDS is worth in trade

I think the going rate for a large scale is around 2 stones OR three arrows, but probably not both. You may run into a desparate person that just needs one more scale to finish an item, and they may jump for more, but a general rule is
scale: 300k plat
stone: 150k plat
arrow: 100k plat
others: 50k plat

I knew a lot of LDS's when I was a kid, used to play pen and paper AD+D with them, eventually married one of them even, although I did manage to make my Will save vs. conversion in spite of several missionaries with high Diplomacy skills. Today, the only impact that the LDS has on my life is the ability to play DDO for three hours straight every Sunday morning while they are all at church, and the potential downside of having to cover living expenses for my kids while they are off trying to convert the heathens in some far off country.

As for the value of an LDS, its pretty situational. If there are two of them with ties and black name tags knocking on your door one Saturday morning while you are trying to play DDO, they aren't worth much at all.

Sounds like your a good dad despite religious differences. I know those mission things arn't cheap.

Worst case scenario, I can always stock the fridge in the playroom downstairs with beer and vodka and relax the rule on mixed gender sleepovers, thereby saving me the expense of sending them

I have a plan.

1. For some special occasion, set my wife up at the Bed and Breakfast near the Temple for a couple days, so she can spend the weekend there.

2. Head to the Beer store with the mini van, come home with tons of beer. Put several boxes of condoms on top of fridge, in plain view.

3. Stock the fridge in the basement with the beer, tell sons to invite friends from school over for a get together.

4. Put on headphones, play DDO upstairs until next morning.

5. In morning, take pictures of the various permutations of sleeping arrangements. Email pictures to Church Headquarters.
