Sorc Enhancement Stacking

DDO really needs to come out with a stacking manual for everything.

That being said,
1) Do the Sorcerer manipulation enhancements stack with potency items?
2) Do the Sorcerer lineage enhancements stack with lore items?
3) Does the spell penetration enhancement stack with the spell pen feat and spell pen items?
4) No clue where spell focus falls into all this stacking?

I have a general understanding of stacking, but this is my first Sorc and there is a lot of different things that say they do or don't stack with other things.

1) Do the Sorcerer manipulation enhancements stack with potency items?
2) Do the Sorcerer lineage enhancements stack with lore items?

All those feats, enhancements, and items stack with each other within the corresponding category.

But be aware that specific and generic versions of the same effect won't stack: Combustion and Potency use only the higher value.

4) No clue where spell focus falls into all this stacking?

Spell focus is unrelated to the above, as it applies to save DC, which is a different quantity than those things manipulate. Spell Focus feats stack with spell focus items, and they can also be said to stack with the Sorcerer Charisma enhancements (divided by 2).
