Not sure this has been covered if so sorry to bring up again but I would really like to see our higher level toons be awarded the elite favor for the new lower level content. It is a waste of time to run level 16 toons on these quests. That being said I mean for this to only be awarded on new content not quests they didnt run on elite by their own doing. Make up a table or something, ex if you bring in new content that even on elite would be 8 levels lower than the highest toon "or more" then all toons that fit that criteria then get award elite favor for said quests.
Seems to just make sense and would stop higher level toons running them on elite with lower level toons jumping on to get the elite favor knowing there would be no xp granted for power leveling.

all I ask is that if the toon > the lvl of the Q at the given difficulty he be able to open at that difficulty...
