1) not much, no one uses bastars swords, and a +5 holy pg weapon does the same ammount of damage as a +1 gr construct bane against portals (except for the weapon die.) the -4 doesnt hurt against portals, but most tanks want their construct banes to be good against golems too.

2) 50kp tops. only useable by a rogue spec'd for str damage, and even then it is not the best thing they could be useing.

3) a dime a dozen.
