I am in Khyber, my friend is in Ghallanda. Is there any way for me to adventure with him? If so, how?

I believe there is a premium service to transfer a character from one server to another. However, if the characters are low level, it's probably better for one (or both) of you to just make up new characters on the same server.

You can Pay $25 to transfer a Character.

Since your still a "DDO Guest" I assume your on a Trial and its not worth it. Just select Ghallanda next time you log on and creat a new character over there. (Or have your friend select Khyber and do the same)
Or you could both select Thelanis.. That way your both (re)starting on even ground.
