Changing Names on...

I started a thread a while ago about how I can change my forum name.

I followed the instructions and submitted a ticket through support.turbine.com (TWICE)

Does anyone know if they look at these tickets? (They've always taken relatively good care of me for stuck tickets and game related issues)

ALSO:

I wanted to change my LAST name in the game, is this possible or only first name?

I started a family of characters that all have the last name, I'd like my main toons to follow suit!

Last I read, account/forum names are permanent.

As for changing character's last names, still haven't seen anything regarding new on plans for this. Current status is no-go, & no-plans.

Always keeping my fingers crossed, though.

I think you should be able to change character last names easily. It's the character's first name which identifies it on the server, so why can't we have the option to change the last name? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
