The rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Qwijymart is still around, but uses a new service model that is notably less intrusive on my operator's playtime. The service model is the same as before with one twist: you must first find my hiding spot. I purposely hide (in the same place every night) to avoid near-constant transactions. If too many people figure out my location, I'll move... so there's motivation for the few who have found me to keep the location to themselves.

I know it's not the most desirable service model, perhaps someday Qwijymart will come back in full capacity.

As mentioned by someone above, Pumpkinator is still around and available on a limited basis as well.

Technically speaking, there are no Qmart franchises. Each shop is independently owned and operated, there are no kickbacks to the man. However, to use the Qmart name, store owners must abide by operating rules and a common pricing layout.
