What does the collar and cloak do?

The collar gives 10% melee haste permanently for wearing it.

It does not stack with the 20% from the Haste spell, but cannot be dispelled either. Handy item to have for melee types that don't want to constantly slam down pots or make clickies.

The cloak is a unique item that is a sort of a "Curse Guard". Every hit you take causes a chance for your enemy to get cursed. There is also a chance for remove curse to occur. There is a hidden effect that has a chance of the same thing happening to you. I have heard from friends, but not personally tested, that once the remove curse procs on you, you don't get cursed again. For me the item is situational, but can be very handy if you use your imagination.

I have two other collars and one cloak, or I would not be selling these.
