6 seconds per caster level. Clickies are CL 7, so they last 42 seconds. A full 16 cleric could extend it for a duration of 3 minutes and 12 seconds.

Divine Power lasts 6 seconds per caster level. This duration can be extended with Metamagic: Extend so that it is twice the length. The lowest level it can be cast at is 7 which puts the duration between 0:42 and 3:12.
