fighter mastery bonus does increase the max dex bonus of armor though, so it could increase ac a bit.

I've seen a few of them for 150k plat on the AH, not sure if they are getting bought for that though

At those prices I'd hang onto it. Yo might find that it's more valuable once the new defensive fighter and paladin abilities come out.
