Now I no longer wish to here about excuses that they are understaffed, oh its the weekend blah blah blah!
The plain fact of the matter is this....
We all pay a monthly service to play this game, the fact of the matter is the service is terrible!!!
The constant lag, the constant getting stuck in load screens, the continually not being able to log into game, the lack of responses by Turbine! (unless someone is having dramas in paying accounts).
I think every thread should have the words money or account, then we may get a response!
More and more downtimes, if any of you are not agreeing with this thread, well thats you right to do so, but these sort of things cause us to loose more and more players every month!
One would think that DDO is just put on the back shelf waiting to expire so they can move onto the next project.
Turbine, I challenge you to reply and please tell us what the hell is going on!
Do we bother to continue paying our monthly accounts?
To me, it just seems that this year will see the end of DDO.
I certainly hope not, but I will not continue to pay a monthly account for a poorly run online game that continually has problems, and it gets worse and worse every month.
You say this weekend was to express your love for DDO and its players, well if you ignore people you love like this, they will turn their backs on you.
Prove to us that you wish to keep us here.
Im no computer expert by any means, but with less people playing the game now, the lag should be less and so should the problems and surely you can get the bugs out of this game if you wanted to.
3 years ago when the population was exploding, we had nothing near the lag we have to endure now, continual new splash screens, new content, responses, feedback etc.
Come on if you wish to save DDO, we must all stand together and demand the kind of gameplay we deserve, nothing less.
I hope you take this thread in the right manner Turbine, but I do not expect a reply from yourselves unfortunately.
