New Install

A buddy of mine just downloaded the client to his Vista machine and when installing he gets to about 90% done and then doesn't let him finish.

It says that it cannot find a file and asks if he wants to ignore, retry or abort. All options seem to do nothing. I don't know exactly what the message says, I will try to post it later.

It was the High-Res download, he is going to try the Low-Res one tomorrow.

Any ideas on why this is not working?

I had a problem d/l mine also. I found that it was trying to d/l mod 7 instead of 8. Had to go to turbines support link and get it there.
