Im actually going to retract my problem.. seems.. some odd reason ie was set to work offline.. i unchecked the option, and ddo connected (after reading the knowledge base) though im unsure how ie got set to work offline.. i dont use ie as my browser... and i dont retract my statement about ddo technical team being slackers.. that stands

tryin to log in tonight, getting the update error occurred and cant connect, 2nd time this has happened for me atleast last time i sent a support request in, I was able to connect, b4 they where able to get back to me... which took about a day..... thanks ddo technical team for the great technical support.. now since this is for p2p, anyone have any idea as to if this is a problem im experiencing, or are other people having this difficulty as well?

so because YOUR system wasn't set properly it's Turbine's fault?
