Agreed, even if you got tempest helf is the best race for this build. The sneak attack from the rogue dilettante pushes this up from viable to close to optimal.

If you can't go Helf, go Human for the Human Versatility IV. The reason for this is due to the change to the Damage Boost enhancement coming with U11, which will give +10/15/20/25% respectively per tier in U11.

Helf > Human due to the Dillitantes since both get Human Versatility

For what it is worth...this is what I am thinking to TR my current monster into. I am torn between reflex and umd as both have good points. Standard Gear with Lit2 Khops. Giant to evil outsiders when i hit amrath. +4 to str if I ever pull it.

Default TR from Rogue into thi sbuild.

I do not have access to Half Elf. I think the Past Life in Rogue makes up for that however.
I have most of the items on the list except for the fighter kensai ToD ring/necklace. I have the ToD ring/belt for rogue but it looks like the bonus doesn't work without assassin 3. Also I currently have named and greensteel rapiers on my rogue. So I'm going to have to build some Greensteel or Alchemical Khopeshes. This is the first time I'm posting one of these so some in depth critique would be greatly appreciated.

Few things that are important to know :

-This build isn't the top notch DPS it used to be. Still decent though...
-Not taking Haste Boost IV is a HUGE dps loss. I'll say it again : HUGE loss. You waste 6 AP to get fighter STR III that makes you end up with an uneven STR score. Swap that for More haste.
-As a Human Monster, You have to take Human versatility IV AND Haste boost IV (They can be activated at the same time).
(I advice Verik's Necklace for more Boosts (that you will need for longer fights) ==> +5 to dmge & insane attack speed gives you a TON of burst damage.
-If you can get the tier2 Alchemical khopeshes then go for stunning blow. Else, it will be way too low to get anything in end game. (Frees up 3 more AP).

Gl with the build, it's fun.

Get it, that 3d6 Sneak attack really pays dividends on a TWFer with 90% off-hand attacks.

HV damage boost also affects sneak attack which is why you'll see a lot more damage on a Helf over a human.

If you need to go human . . . Wrunt's "Blender" build might be what you are looking for.

Hey! Thats sorta my build! But I'm going Half Elf ; 12 Ranger, 6 Fighter, 2 monk.

So far, solid build. Incredibly self sufficient, decent DPS and the cleric dilettante for scroll n wand usage. (raise party members, buff, etc) The only drawback is not having last level ranger spells... I hope people dont mind me not havin FOM to cast on them (unless its from a scroll)

What? HOW DARE YOU! I mind. A LOT!!

    (i don't really mind.)

(But keep in mind that FOM scrolls are found loot only. No place to buy them in game except from other players)

    Default Thanks for the input

I do have enough points to buy a new pack or a new race. I was going to buy Half-Orc but it looks like Half-Elf is the way to go. Half-Elf > Half-Orc ?

Also my past life in Rogue doesn't === Helf Dilly Rogue?

    Default Class Progression (1-4)

Looked at this build and love it, but just wondering if anything would be different if I took:

    Level 1: Ranger
    Feats: Khopesh + Favored (Undead)
    Level 2: Monk
    Feats: Dodge
    Level 3: Monk
    Feats: Mobility + PA
    Level 4: Ranger

Would I be missing anything? I only want to take this order for extra skill points.
Will it mess things up later on?

    Feats: Dodge
    Level 3: Monk
    Feats: Mobility + PA
    Level 4: Ranger

Would I be missing anything? I only want to take this order for extra skill points.
Will it mess things up later on?

You don't lose much in the end. You delay when you can pick up Tempest I (level 6 ranger) but that isn't as big of a deal as it used to be. On my current half-elf monster (which was a TR), I didn't use TWF until level 12. I used a variety of Greataxes and Mauls from my collection depending on what I was fighting until I was ready for my Lit2 Khopeshes at level 12.

Okay, that helps a lot, I just thought that I could get more skill points and have everything back on track by level four or so and not straying away from the original build too much.

The build I posted was the Monster, but with my monk Tr'd (34 pnts).

Thanks guys for the awesomeness, haha.

Just a few things off the top of my head...

Assuming you have STR +9 items (+6 and +3 exceptional) and a +2 STR tome, your STR will be at an odd number with Fighter STR III, so you can recover 6 AP there. or even better farm for a +3 STR tome.

I'd want Improved Sunder somewhere. I think you could easily drop Lightning Reflexes and still have solid Reflex numbers.

Personally I'd drop Stunning Blow for Point Blank Shot, to capitalize on his ranged potential. (Before anyone starts screaming bloody vengeance, thats not backed up by any maths, thats just personal preferences and playstyle.)

EDIT I dont really see any reason to take monk WIS I unless you're getting an odd plus off your gear, even if you are I dont see much point. Also the enhancements in balance seem unnecessary. I also dont understand why you'd take Inscribed Armor, does you no good unless your scroll healing., which doesnt look like you will be with no points in UMD and no CHA.

I'd do Enhancements something like this...
    Ranger Tempest I
    Fighter Attack Boost II
    Fighter Critical Accuracy II
    Fighter Kensei II
    Fighter Khopesh Specialization I
    Fighter Haste Boost IV
    Fighter STR II
    Fighter Toughness IV
    Kensei Khopesh Mastery II
    Racial Toughness IV
    Warforged CON II
    Warforged Healer's Friend I
Way of the Patient Tortoise I
Fighter Strategy (Sunder or Stunning Blow) III
    Fighter Extra Action Boost I
    Ranger Sprint Boost II
    Warforged Power Attack II
    Warforged Tactics I
