I'm assuming these don't stack, would I be correct?
And since I'm assuming they don't stack, I'm assumnig 10 AP is a LOT to spend for an extra 10% of healing.
What do you WF tanks do? Take HF 2 and 3 or not? (For 2 AP 1 is worth it IMHO)
