    Default Launcher Error -- Help

Hello. I'm having a problem with the game client launching correctly. I'm new to the game, and I just signed up for the free 10-day trial. I downloaded the game and eagerly launched the client. However, for some reason, I am unable to get a log-in screen. I receive the following message after launching the client, getting the loading screen with the red dragon it, and reading 'Opening Main Form'. Which it fails to do; obviously.

    An error has occured.
Please contact Technical Support with the following information:
System.NullReferenceException. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    at System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIcon.ShowContextMenu0
    at System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIcon.WndProc(Message& msg)
    at
    System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIconNativeWindow.WndPro c(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback.(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr Iparam)

Please note that I'm running Windows Vista - (Yes I clicked 'Run as administrator' which then said 'You cannot run this application with administrative priviledges. Please try again without running as administrator.')

It's been roughly a day and a half since I posted this thread. If you can't answer my question; hear this. Since this forum is player-moderated, there wouldn't happen to be an e-mail adress I could write to a licensed Turbine representative I could query and actually receive some form of help?

I'm afraid I have no clue how to help solve your problem, but the note at the top of the screen reads:

Technical Assistance If you are experiencing technical issues, post to this forum for help from other players. NOTE: For official technical support, please visit http://support.turbine.com
When I follow that link, it leads very quickly to a page where I can send an email to Turbine Technical Support.
