Second, I'm looking to swap my +15 Intimidate Ring (RR:Halfling) for a +15 Int Ring (RR:WF or no RR). Trade is negotiable...

It would help the rogue skills on my cleric to a great magnitude...or I might even be finally willing to roll up a wizard to use that item

int=intimidate in this case... You won't be able to get a +15 intelligence item. (They don't go higher than 6 at this point in the game)
