It's gotten to the point that I prefer to join his groups over the guilded runs actually....most guilded runs have turned into a complete yawn for most involved, trying to get the quickest time, ****ing the bed if each level isnt executed extremely timely and perfectly, although almost everyone has ran it enough times and carries the right weapons with a guild, that the small hiccups are never an issue really in the first place....Doc's groups always have an edge of excitement to em....for me anyhow, I still like entering a Dungeon wondering if it's gonna be a success, rather than a timer grind like the Reaver.......

I only joined when nothing else was going on, and I was bored. I probably had about eight failures in his groups in a row a first. I starting forming idealologies that doc was a poor player and a VERY poor leader. In other groups, guild chat, and ventrillo he was mocked as he had a shroud lfm up.

Then he starting getting the rare completion here and there, his party make-up improved. Still it was a grindfest to complete with him, though his leadership improved. I did unfortunately still have ill thoughts on him as a player.

Now after many failures he has an outstanding completion ratio. Still has the occasional failures, but hey he PUGS. You can expect that.

I am ashamed at myself to how I first thought of Doc. He has improved with leading a party expotentially and is truly a person I look forward to and enjoy shrouding with. He does deserve all the recognition he is aquiring. His tenacity and perseverance alone is worthy of great respect and admiration even in the realms of the powergamng community. It is the stuff that once made my homeserver of Xoriat great to play on.

I do hope if he reads this he does not get the wrong impression on what I am trying to say. I'm honestly not that great with words.
Interesting. When Doc first began running the Shroud Domidar (Gorstag) ran many of them with him. They failed. Then after repeated failures Domidar (Gorstag) quit running with Doc. Completion ratio increased dramatically. Coincidence? I think not.

Docsin is also a great hound leader. Runix only volunteers to be a chewtoy when doc is at the helm. His shroud runs are great too, even when they are failures. The thing about doc's shroud runs is he will let nearly anyone into his raid. He is a true PuG raid leader. /salute to docsin

    Default Also greatful

As a casual player and a member of a quasi active guild, I have directly benefited from Dcsin 's generosity. I think I have completed most of my Shroud runs with him as a PUG leader.

So my hat is off to Dcsin. You have definitely made a positive impact on my and a lot of other players DDO in game experience.

    /salute Dcsin
