...and you made the cheerleading squad!
Do you seriously expect to prove anything using convoluted logic? We were told how the handwraps are intended to work; that has been clear from the get-go. The fact that they didn't do what they said they did is quite clearly the definition of a bug.
The minos did what it said it was supposed to, and only after they added racial toughness so that any class could get enhancement HP did they call it a bug and decide to fix it.
Now, "balance" would be if they said, "Well, we didn't mean for that to happen, and it has overpowered this class in this way, so in the next update, we will either change it back and allow everyone of that class to respec, or we will give offsetting advantages to other classes."
Again, the whole issue revolves around the fact that casters almost never have the toughness feat, while almost every melee character does; in that sense, this change pretty much only affects casters.
P.S.: I find it hilarious that you think that my build abilities are in any way deficient; my cleric isn't very good, but it was my first character. My hybrid is unbelievably tough, and my monk was one of the few accepted to shroud runs after the class came out. The sorc was a great build.
