Default TAB key doesn't work correctly after MOD 8 re-install

Had to clean DDO off my computer and re-install from the new MOD 8 download to correct D/C, computer crashing, graphics issues.

After re-install on my Vista 64, 4GB ram, RAID5, 8800GT SLI system all previous issues were corrected.

I re-assigned all my keys to match previous setup and everything works with the exception of the TAB key to target the next MOB. Any other key I assign to that slot works perfectly and I can cycle through all visible targets. The TAB key will only target something that my mouse cursor is over. I have tried assigning it to different functions and it just doesn't work right only in DDO. I have cleared the TAB key from every other key mapping option with no change in symptoms. I noticed after re-install that the TAB key was originally assigned to two seperate functions... could the default setting have caused this issue? How can I fix this? After over 2 years of playing DDO, TABing to my next target is hardwired in my brain. Caps Lock just feels wrong.
Please *fix* ranged combat so *rangers* (ranged combatants) can score (hypothetically in a virtual imaginary environment) more elf babes (also virtual and imaginary as 99% are actually dudes (sorry if this dis-illusions anyone)).Brinks LVL16 RNGR Thelanis/ Brinksy LVL16 SORC Thelanis

I had a similar problem on mine after a re-install with a new machine.

In order to fix it, I had to delete the keymap file "C:\Documents and Settings\Toady\My Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online\ddo.keymap" which means resetting all your keymaps again, but worked like a charm for me.
