So are there any out there yet? All i need a is a +3 int tome on my wiz and i will have.

Re: post below. I was wondering too... I thought 38 with +3 tome or maybe 39 with +3 tome was max?
With a shroud +9 intel scepter, +3 tome, +4 or +5 intel enhancements choices, 21 base intel. Not hard to get to 37 or 38
again - using a 28 point build. 39 I guess with a 32 pt? 40 with a +4 tome?

Anyone mind sharing hwo they got there or plan to ? I can get my Drow to 38 but cant for the life of me see how 40 could be possible. Thanks in advance
