Have you noticed that more and more of the higher end undead and outsider mobs have DeathWard buffs these days ...
No need for them to have pots to drink, they just need to avoid the greater dispells and break enchantment casters .... LOL

Again, I reiterate a proposition: Give monsters GTWF and W/P Rapiers with Rage Crit 2! Also give them at least 40 CON and 600 HP like our "average" barbarian that posts on the forums here.
Have them travel in groups of no less than 5, with a handy dandy Cleric nearby to spam them with Maximized Fully Amped Empowered Quickened Heal, Mass Restoration and Cure Mass Critical...
And.... yes. They all need Permanent Haste items(Ring, Boots, whatever, and no... do NOT make a Named Item Drop 1 in 10,000 at the end chest for a permahaste item, just make the quest mandatory to get to the new content.). They also need to ignore 100% Fortification, yielding only the Warforged who took the Heavy Fortification Feat, wearing Heavy Fortification total immunity to the critical portion.
Perhaps then our rather frustratingly stubborn forum trolls will finally get the hint.

or... maybe not give them permanent static abilities and give them a temporary boost via potions to beef up the encounters without breaking it too much. Potions cost players money, but to add it into the AI of trash mobs would not only make sense but gameplay wise help stop the trend of overinflating monsters to scale vs players.
