not too much bs. he quoted george washington, mlk, and someone else. this inag is important becasue so many people in the US are at the breaking point - they need help now, help in a year will do them no good. imo thats why a good start to the obama admin is so important.

I think everyone (even those who didn't vote for Obama) can hope and/or pray that he does amazing things for our country. We could sure use them.

Edit: Although I could be wrong. It's happened before, and it will probably happen again.

He [Obama] certainly wears gravity well (not that kind of gravity!). That was a very impressive speech!

I hope his presidency soars as high as he, and all of us, hope that it shall, and that the inertia in the capital and around the country does not hinder the changes that need to be ratified. Here's to a hopeful four years!
