    Default Shroud apology

So I was having computer issues tonight in a Shroud run on my Wizard. I had to re-boot a couple of times and wanted to apologize for holding people back.

I would also like to give people a bit of advice: not everyone who plays this game is sergodding you in a Shroud run. Maybe think twice before tossing around silly accusations. I guess on the plus side, a few people added me to their Friends list! YAY ME!

And can someone please tell this middle-aged old lady exactly what "boxing" means??? In gaming parlance that you kids are so familiar with, if you don't mind.

Well, if you're "dual-boxing" you're running two characters on two computers. Usually used for favor runs/raid readiness over multiple accounts.

Sergodding, though... I think I'd rather leave that one to my imagination.

It's a new word, I don't think it's been added to the dictionary yet. I hesitate to be the one to officially define it, it's more of a... concept.

Is sergodding similar to the old fashioned Zousting???

I believe it is similar to zousting (took me a minute to remember that term). However, I think zousting might hurt a bit more...

And it should be pointed out that sergodding isn't always bad. I mean, all of us at some time or another could use a good sergodding. It wakes us up out of our haze and makes us realize the passion that comes from playing a game such as this, the harmony and satisfaction of a quest well done is a divine sensation! And when that pleasure is denied us, we feel used. But with that feeling also comes a sense of determination to never allow it to happen to us again! So, it's not necessarily a bad thing, but it does have a negative connotation.

Agreed, nobody who has run with you more than 1 time before would/should seriously accuse you of such tomfoolery...not if they know what is good for them

Obviously your runs with those guys were different than mine. I personally get along with all of em, but you obviously haven't been ICU'd before And there are things to put em in the same category together, in this case the category is people that have run with Quik tyvm

much like caviar, snails, pickled pigs feet and monkey brains..... Sergod is an aquired taste.
usually involves some pain for the speed at which he both moves and talks....
often accompanied by tells asking things like "you sure he knows what hes doing?"....
almost always accompanied by mass group defections after its finally over....

ICU.... yeah but only as hard as it is to get the taste for something akin to....
getting told what to do, when to do it and where you should have been when you did it....
    or in simpler terms....
acuireing the taste for your mother-in-laws idea of a good breakfast.

P.S. Official Sergodding Term Definition : "Attempting to do something long before everyones
Prepared, Ready or even In The Same Area. AKA : Going off 1/8 cocked.

    Default Sighhhh

First off if yah dont like to win dont join then, plain and simple. I run raids non stop, I direct raids that I form. If you dont care to be told what to do in a raid I run then you know what, run it somewhere else then. I dont join pug raids and tell peeps what to do, only in raids I form. I dont mind to lose a raid or quest either which i have said many times as well. I just dont wanna lose because of stupidity, peeps not listening. Winning all the time can take the fun out of things, loseing just makes u wake up and do better. I am allways up for learning more and doing better and faster at things.

So lets not make this personal. If yah dont wanna raid with me dont. No worries to me, as there are many peeps that enjoy running and playing with me.

Ok evidently some peeps are a little sensitive.

    1. I get along with Sergod, always have. However, i understand why many don't , I wont call him an acquired taste, because many of the things people do not like about him are not things you can "get over".

    2. I am not bashing anyone in this thread, so those of you who read my posts and think I am bashing someone, get a life.

    3. ICU, I did not mean to open this up into a thread where people bash you. I apologize for that. In case you need reminding, my posts about you referred to certain GH runs close to a year ago, where me, you, and another you used to run with a lot, were screwing around and talking smack into the weeeeee hours of the morning, twas good times then, and i remember them as good times now.

    4. If for some weird reason anyone really cared what I thought of them in this online gaming world, and IF I had such a problem with someone that I needed to address it, I would speak to them personally. I am not someone who hides behind the computer screen and badmouths or is inappropriate.

So that being said, if the shoe fits wear it, no need to defend yourselves here, I act as I see fit, and I sleep well at night because of it. If someone doesn't like that, they don't have to deal with me. I suggest the same for others

    Default Sergod'ing

Hey here's the deal. If your having problems getting a quest DONE, Get the Zerg Specialist on it. Will you enjoy the quest? NO. WIll you get it done? More than likely. Its just the facts. Don't know the raid? ICU it. Listen, learn, get your favor. Do it again on your own. Like blowing your drink through your nose, laughing? Run with Kehgeld and listen to him blow a gasket, I guarantee, completion or not you'll have a good time.

People like the ICU's and Sergod's (and all their Avatars) get the job done. Lord knows I have had a few challenges trying to get ELITES completed, so I go to the Kehgelds, Sergods, ICU's, rings, dings and flyin machines. Whatever it takes to get the completions, because when it's done, it is DONE!

SO love'em or hate'em they are awsome in my book. I just play and have fun. So be it shouting, zerging, or getting ordered around I tend to always have a good time.
