Report Spam feature errors

I just wanted to bring it to whoever looks into these things but in the last few days on 3 occasions I used the chat window right click Report Spammer feature and I got this error each time:


(Error): A failure has occurred in submitting your support request.

I use it within seconds of getting a spam and the characters that spam me are still on when I try to send in report but I always get the same error message each time. I am not sure if it is maybe being blocked or what, I thought I would report it and maybe see if something can be done to fix it. Thanks!

Yup.


Reported one thru ticket window, and got a GM response (& dead spammer) earlier, but spammer BOT was back in action shortly thereafter, and he's been going strong for a couple hours now on Argo/Korthos. Ticket submissions since first one seem to be getting nowhere now, too.

Has happened at least 3 times to me. I just bug reported it as well..
