    No, you can't use an additive fix to a multiplicative problem. The correct way to fix those buffs is to remove the activation interruption.

    Let's just let ranged combat die, and not waste any more development resources on it. Ranged got its nerf before launch, so its now "balanced". Its broken, melee is where its at.
