Why are there 3 (!!) dex/resist +1 items in Korthos

As the heading states, you can choose from THREE dex +1, resist +1 necklaces as the end reward (note: set item!) from Rinar d'Thuranni.

Three.

No Con +1 item. No multiplication of any primary stat, save the INT +1, CHA +1 necklace...

Can 'we' please have some balance restored here?

If you complete some of the other quests, you get options for items to boost almost all the stats by +1. I think Heyton's rest has a +1 Con item (albeit with -1 int/wis penalties). The End rewards list from Misery's Peak (which you only get one shot at so make the choice you really want the first time you run it) has items which boost stats like STR as well as DEX, not to mention the even more useful + to hit set bonus. The +2 to hit bonus from the Anger set or the Pathfinder Set (matching set parts from completing the mission to rescue the Mayor's Daughter so you might want to figure out which of those you want as well before selecting, BUT, you can keep rerunning that quest and taking more options, unlike the Misery Peak End Reward, it is not one shot.)
