when i downloaded i went to load up the game and it braught me to a repair or uninstall page and i clicked repair and it come up with a error "Delete file failed code 5 access denied"

i didn't get a option to start the game i clicked start and it braught me to that page and i can't repair

plz help i just baught the game offline and i will be really upset if it screwed me over =(
