    Uber-Giant-Greatsword-of-doom

    damage mod: 3d8

    +4 enchantment bonus
-6 dexterity: this weapon is so large and unweildy that it makes it difficult to keep your balance as you swing this might sword of mightyness
+4 exceptional str: This weapon's large size adds to its damage but makes the weapon unweildy.
+15:awesomeness ( yehh, its an untyped stat that makes you more uber... dwarves already have +30 racial mod)

Sounds goo to me, heck it could be a +1 Greatsword or even masterwork and I would be happy with it.

Feats Absolutely Excluded: Improved Two Weapon Fighting
    Races Absolutely Excluded: Dwarves, Dwarves.
Requires 40 STR or greater to wield

    Base damage 5d6 -4
    Threat 18-20/x5

All stat mods are Temporary Inherent Bonuses, and bypass Enchantments. If a score drops below a Feat Prerequisite, that feat is disabled while wielding the Massive Sword of Unreasonably Huge Proportions.

    DEX -6
    STR -2
INT -20(Because to use a sword this huge one would have to be extremely stupid), Bypasses 0 INT paralysis(can wield while INT is 0 without incident)
WIS +2 Insight Bonus(because you are being a wise@ss for pulling it out)
CHA +10(because it is jst simply awesome)

Cannot be wielded anywhere near Merchants due to CHA bonus, and SwordFear(like Dragonfear, but worse). This weapon is immune to all Magic Supression and Magic Nullification effects, such as a Beholder's Antimagic Cone, and Mordenkainen's Dysjunction.

(Optional) Living Weapon: Consume Dwarf: Slays without fail, any dwarf or mixture of dwarf in very close proximity. Example: The weapon strikes a Dwarven Defender's Shield, and sucks his soul out through his arm. (This weapon only gains experience by siphoning the souls of Dwarves. Any other race does not give Experience to this weapon, but instead solely to the wielder. This weapon completely consumes the essence of a Dwarf, however, and any experience the wielder may have gotten for killing said Dwarf is therefore given instead to the Weapon. Dwarves killed in this fashion may be resurrected, but they retain severe permanent statistic damage. As such, this weapon has been banned from any and all PvP areas and arenas. Unlawful use of this sword against Dwarves constitutes immediate and permanent death as a penalty, without trial)

A sword filled with so much awesome that even Dragons cower before it, partially due to the sheer size towering over most dragons alive today. Sidenote: Makes Giants look like Halflings

"We're gonna be rich!" shouted Jeets the Halfling. "Yes, well... how are we going to carry it?" observed his portly comrade. "Oh, hadn't thought of that..." replied Jeets. His partner in crime touched the sword and his Dwarven Spirit was sucked right into it, leaving his dead body stone cold on the earthen floor. "Well, there went THAT idea..." said Jeets.
