Best slot for a greensteel?

What's the current best slot to make a greensteel accessory for a wizard? That is, in which slot are there no meaningful items? I'm thinking neck, but would like some feedback before I proceed.

GOGGLES buy far the lest meanign full for a none melle, it has um um ya only shroud items realyl come to mind, (titan visor but thats **** really any way).


neck for EG has CON; Silverflame or Enerald Claw necks IE fearsom or death block with neg energy absorctions; DQ Torqu wich really goes off quite a bit if you can get one my clerics has it my sorc still wants it.


for a second green steel item then it REALLY depends on what you have what you plan to get exacly what abilities you consider the best to have all the time etc.
