Do the WF Power Attack Enhancements stack with the Barbarian Power Attack enhancemnets? If so, how many levels do you WF Barbs usually take? I have a TWF Barb using min II heavy picks and I'm worried that if I take all of the enhancements I won't be able to keep PA on at all times.

And yes, if you take them all it can be a bit too much. No one runs around with a pocket pure Warchanter, all the time.


How much is hustright depends. On your equipment, enhancements, buffs, pots you are chugging ( perma-spell-raged on top of normal barbarian rage, perhaps you took OTWF and WF, or you didnt.

Imho, if your 1st attack falls below +35 afther general long-lasting buffs are applied you definetly have too much power attack active. Buthow much exactly is enough to hit......

I don't have OTWF, couldn't fit in the feat, but I did max strength, carry 100 rage pots, have Madstone Boots (lucky pull on only my second run), and maxed all the strength enhancements so I'm usually at between 40-42 str @ level 15 which will go up to 42-44 str @ 16 (46 dbl madstoned). I currently have 2 Barb PA enhancements and 2 WF PA enhancements and I seem to do ok in raids when a Bard is present, but w/o Bard I'm finding it's better to leave PA off, especially since I like to use trip and stunning blow. This is my first Barb I've made in the almost 3 years of t playing the game so I'm ignorant on the specifics of the class. There seems to be a lot of good enhancements and I'm having a hard time chosing the essential enhancements. I've opted for maxing all the strength rage enhancements, max rages, extended rage duration, con enhancements (first couple of levels to keep me at even con), and to some degree toughness enhancements but very few of these.

What enhancements do you more experienced barbs consider at the biggest essentials?
