I know so little about the super bowl, I don't even know what time to be on for this.
In any case, I'd like to join you I could bring a lvl 16 cleric (Paax) or a lvl 10 bard (Bellamuse).
I also have a lvl 14 ftr (Bellatrixx) that I could bring, but would rather not.
Any raid is fine, I still need DQ though. Seemed to have skipped that one.

We will have to see what the general consensus is for the starting time. IIRC doesn't the superbowl start at like 8pm eastern time - if so we could shoot for anytime between 7 and 9pm Eastern.

Julez, if there is room, I'm on. I just quit my job and so I am free Feb. 1. I can bring Trissa for everything but DQ, Kleo (sorcerer) for Reaver, VoD, HoX, and Sousake (gimpy pally) for VoD, HoX, and Reaver. I think both Sousake and and Kleo needthe pre raid for DQ.

You know, some men like watching the superbowl when they actually CARE about the teams (or if they had tickets they could have pee wee leagues play but I digress.) I know it's not many, but also true. In this community, we have the TV on and mostly are gaming at those times (not last year and that upset DID surprise me at the end.)

But now I am excluded by those who fought for equal rights just due to my gaming birth? Some of the teams making the playoffs I care a rat's behind for, and Thelanis is my main server.

Having a lady's night is fine, but doing it assuming we must do this and as "normal" screening out males is...well....I don't like anybody being potentially left out by proxy, quota, retributoin, or even the female's sterotype of men!

No, have fun, but think about tthis setup and forum support as archaic as women supporting Chippendales. Yeah yeah, the men are empowered and control the women and are rich doing it for college....right.

Or in other words: If I posted a MEN ONLY event, how quick would you think the cries of sexism and discrimination and "well THEY did it before so NOW WE CAN AND THEY CAN'T" would "rationally" come up?

(Anyway I wonder who vouches for the women by transgender operation?)

No, no protesting or reporting or pettitioning, just a request to think about the concept if it were reversed, and if that makes the current one a proper thing if formally posted as an event?

We would never have a problem with a Men Only raid. But consider how many raids have you done in the last couple of weeks that were men only - simply cause there are not many women that play the game.

We do this occasionally its a fun time where the kill count is never mentioned and tactics are not used - cause its all dead before it becomes a problem No one gets lost and everyone gets all the chests. Just a bunch of friends having a few laughs will killing. Really the last Ladies Raid was in August - just after GenCon.
