I don't have a clue what this is worth, but I'm doing the math and thinking this is about equal to a puncturing (without wounding) rapier. But it is late and my math is really fuzzy right now.

Is the value of this on par with a +4 Rapier of Puncturing? If not, what is it worth?

Dude worth way more than a puncturing rapier. God I can still remember when regular puncturing rapiers were dirt cheap.

Not sure this math is "exactly" right but here's how i look at it:

Puncturing rapier with improv crit is doing 1.05 avg con per swing.(.3 * 3.5)

Puncturing SS is doing .95 for the wounding (1*.95) and .7 for the puncturing (.2*3.5) for a total per swing con dmg of 1.65.

Right there you are over 50% better with the SS over a straight puncturing rapier. But it gets better from there. With wounding you are ALWAYS doing at least 1 con dmg per swing so if the mob needed just 1 con dmg to die you will always hit it perfectly and have no "overshoot" which would effectively speed up your kill time even further.
