You left off the most important difference, crippling strike. Give your rogue a rad2 rapier and he will kill faster (and more defensively) than pretty much any other melee character out there, assuming equal player skill.

Under his Pally build, looking at his bab, his ac and he listed evasion, I assume that he splashed 2 lvls of monk.
