    But remember, you need to protect yourself. A bard needs to understand what ALL buffs do. And you shouldnt be lazy to cast, wandwhip, click, or umd buffs. At bare minimum, stoneskin/displacement are your friends. Everyday

    Are you counting Guild Ship Buffs with your max haggle? Think that improves the score a bit...

    CHA: 18+5 level + 2 tome + 7 item + 3 exceptional+ 4 enhancement +2 guild ship + 1 profane = 42 (16 modifier; 15 modifier if you only have +6 item, 17 modifier with +4 tome)

    100 is possible: Capstone adds 2 CHA for 1, and the Active Rogue past life adds 1 to skills.

    This is a few pages back now. Can now do it with no store items, and only a bard song from another acct. (not hard to do just roll up a ftp acct and get him high enough to give you a song. My other acct is actually my main so I have a 20 bard on there)

    This is my Warchanting hagglebard. Lvl 20, 1 tr plf bard. 500+ hp when raiding 100+ haggle.

    Its a lot of fun to make fun of guildies when they die before my gimp hagglebard

    - Human versatility is for the to-hit and the haggle boosts.
    - I like 18 cha for the umd, spell points, and spell dc, although it can be taken down to 16 or even 14 for a boost to con and/or str.
    - THF to free up feats and not be concerned with twf to-hit woes.
    - For 28 pt build, just drop cha to 16.
    - Nuetral good to use pure good weapons, much easier for newer players. True Neutral for everyone else. Carnifex is great until levels 8-10.

    This is respectable bard DPS, who can heal fast, CC extremely well due to going virtuoso, and can haggle like the cajun queen that she is!

    I was wondering why you took Weapon Focus. I thought it was bad, or at least it seems not as good as some of the other feats out there. Why did you take it? Also, if ever, what other feat could I replace it with?

    Weapon focus offers a +1 to-hit bonus to attack roll. To a pure bard that chooses to focus on melee, that extra +1 to-hit will come in handy many many times during a quest. Early on, then again towards the end game, its clutch.

    Could the haggle bard vituoso work if I made it a caster? Maybe max CHA and level ups to CHA. And then different feats?

    Any class can be a hagglebot, but human bard is tops because it gets 2 feats (Haggle and Negotiator) and 2 enhancements (Haggle and Human Versatility), and bards in general get a lot of skill points. You will see Rogues and Sorcs walking around with decent haggle scores.

    I think a lot of people underestimate bards who have a high haggle and spellsingers particularly this build. I often get told haggle bards gimp, spellsingers gimp, when I rolled this charactor i only ever thought he would be farming shroud. But ive taken him with minimal gear into hard/elite tods, and every epic quest/raid cept for Evon4 and 5 that I have access to. And guess what? he was useful, so useful in fact that people will send tells asking if I want to come run some elite/epic quest with them. And as far as player skill goes im way down the scale.

    The spell singer build in the first post is some kinda god at crowd control right? Because I want that.

    Also, drow/elf/halfling version? I'm presuming drow would be best since I do not have 32 point builds.
