Request for build: Hagglebot

looking for the best haggle build out there. I am sure it is out there, but I could not find it. Mainly, I was not sure if Human Versatility stacked with rogue skill boost. I see most going for Bard builds. I think I was able to squeeze out a little more out of a rogue if they do stack:

19 from levels
10 from a charisma of 30 (18 start +4 levels +6 item +1 human +1 tome )
5 rogue skill boost
5 human versatility
3 skill mastery feats
3 skill haggle feat
2 negotiator

and maybe there is a blend that would even be better. also a bard would be able to cast GH on himself, unless a planar gird was aquired.

Human Versatility does NOT stack with Rogue Skill Boost, this is because they are on the same timer.

You also did not add in a Haggle item. Add +15. Shroud, etc.

Go bard if you want a hagglebot. Max CHA, respec at cap for haggle feats.

The reason most people go bard is because you can play a normal max-charisma human bard up to the cap and still have a very viable character. Once you are capped, you can swap out feats and enhancements in order to max out your Haggle if you want. On the other hand, a similar rogue build would be crippled by the stat allocation into charisma. Also, a bard can self-buff for another +5 to Haggle(GH and Focusing Chant).

ah.. the not-stacking issue solves it. I did not include items on purpose, since I was concentrating on the build. Is there any item that affects haggle besides +haggle and luck item?

Other than the haggle and luck items, you can also get a Shroud item to add +6 to all Charisma skills that would stack. I think your max would be something like:

House D potions might give you a small bump, but those are a pain to get for a minute difference.

Not quite. The current max by my calculations is 84.

Here's what you left out:
+ 2 points from the monk buff
+ 2 points from the max cha of 42 (18 base + 4 level + 4 enh + 9 shroud + 3 tome + 3 alchemical pot + 1 abbot item) - your max showed 38.

this is my preferred hagglebot build. i used to do a healing spellsinger but found it too boring and gimped so i built this one instead. max damage song warchanter with max haggle.
