looking for the best haggle build out there. I am sure it is out there, but I could not find it. Mainly, I was not sure if Human Versatility stacked with rogue skill boost. I see most going for Bard builds. I think I was able to squeeze out a little more out of a rogue if they do stack:

Rogue (16):
19 from levels
10 from a charisma of 30 (18 start +4 levels +6 item +1 human +1 tome )
5 rogue skill boost
5 human versatility
3 skill mastery feats
3 skill haggle feat
2 negotiator

Bard (16)
19 from levels
11 from a charisma of 33 (18 start +4 levels +6 item +1 human +1 tome +3 enhance)
5 human versatility
4 haggle enhancements
3 skill haggle feat
2 negotiator
