Default Max attributes on normal gear

I'm really wondering what the "cap" will be on normal, random loot for bonuses on gear. We currently know (by seeing gear stop advancing in current game):

    Weapons stop at +5
    Armor at +5
    Shields at +5
    Stat Abilities at +6
    SR at 19
    Elemental Resistance at 30
    Lore at +9%
    Power at X (100sp)

So, what do the others go to? Is there a PnP precedent on any of this?

Tomes beyond +3 (I think +4 has already been shown)?
    Resistance beyond +5?
    Armor Bracers beyond +8?
    Skills beyond +15?
Devotion, Potency, etc up to Superior IX?
    Wizardry?
    Others?

Again, we are talking RANDOM LOOT from chests. Obviously named loot will go all over the place. Ideas? Any precedence from PnP?

Would be great to know for build planning, gear trading, etc...

    Tomes - cap at +5
Resistance - not sure I'd have to look it up
Armor Bracers - *should* cap at +10
Skills - theoretically can cap at 20, but I'd have to do some research
Potency doesnt exist in PnP, and it seems turbine capped random potency items at superior 6 and greater 7
Wizardry probably will stop at "of the Archmagi" but who knows? it's another made up item

Weapons armor and shields all stop at +5 with +5 worth of stuff on them (flame ice etc.) At 20 they go up to +10 with +10 worth of stuff. Bear in mind its very hard to make those items due to the item making feats/XP/level required.

Skills should actually cap at +30 enhancement bonus. Any item above that is an epic item. Resistance should also cap at +5.

Holy Burst is a +4 Modifier and Disruption is a +5. Add inthe +5 of the weapon and you get a +14 Weapon.. Epic Only...

Paralyzing and Banishment are also +5 Modifiers.....

Puncturing is a +2 Modifier though.... so we could see a +4 Holy Burst Rapier of Puncturing as a ML20 Item.....

to me, this is one of the most exciting things about the 4 lvl cap raise. the random loot tables for lvl 18-22 chests will drop some funky new weapon combos like a high plus holyburst of greater bane or vorpal of greater bane, which would melt faces imo.

For weapons and armor - anything over +5 is an epic item, with a base price 10 times what it would normally be. There is no cap on epic items. (We already have some of these in game - the Dragontouched Armor blanks, for instance, are +7 armor, although they are worded a little differently). Note that making epic armor/shields requires the caster to be of extrememly high level - a +11 shield requires a 33rd level caster to make.

For AC bracers: +8 is the highest they go sub-epic.

For tomes: +5 is a hard limit - +5 tomes are not epic items, however. +6 and higher tomes simply do not exist and cannot exist. (Epic levels provide other ways than tomes to receive Inherent bonuses to stats - these other ways do not stack, and also cannot exceed +5)

+Stat items: +6 is the highest sub-epic. (In PnP, only even numbers exist, so the next is +8; I expect a deviation from PnP here)

Wizardry: Works differently in PnP, but in PnP, Wizardry 1-4 are normal, and 5+ are epic.

Just because an item is epic, however, doesn't mean it's out of limits. I expect to see some epic items with min level 17-20 in Mod 9 (e.g. Ring of Str +7, ML 19; +7 heavy steel shield, ML 20; Belt of Con +7, RR ½ling, ML 17)
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

i'm wating to see an item like this +5 Blinding full plate of Mass Cure RR: WARFORGED >>>

shame i doubt that property would ever be seen on armor, but still... would be funny to see.
