    Default Arcane Trickster?

Any thoughts on a drow build that combines rogue levels with arcane casting? I have a pure rogue I play most of the time but recently started a pure sorcerer. While the sorc is getting fun, I still miss being a rogue. Can I get the best of both worlds?

there are others videos by same user on youtube, all very inspirational and educational. there are other ways but start here to get some good ideas of limits and strengths to know where you want to go from here. good luck.

I concure, Ghoste´s vids are highly educational.

But "being a rogue" is not (only) about stealth, but more about doing traps.

A 2 Rogue / 14 Wizard will be able to do all the traps in the game and have excellent casting abilities, as well as evasion.

Take your 1st charcter level as Rogue then continue with wizard until level 11 or 12 to take your 2nd Rogue level.
Max out Search, Disable, Open Lock, UMD. Take Insightful Reflexed ( a blast with Evasion and the Wizard´s INT-mod) and all the standart caster feats.

    Have fun.

i totally agree. im running up a clerogue right now. the best part of ghoste is tactics. he shows you some things you can do at low levels and with low skill commitment and using workarounds. lets you realize that much can be done by using your spells to compliment your rogue skills. and agro management. i hoped this would give drakkus a good idea what thresholds he needs realistically to hit and that less rogue can be enough rogue with planning. i was totally inspired by a wiz rogue on khyber. they rock.
